Will my house be damaged by having it cleaned?
Absolutely not! Soft wash means that your home is washed by hand and we never use high pressure. A lot of people are worried that a house wash will damage the paintwork. Gentle house washing will not take the paint off your house. In fact, by washing your house regularly you actually make the paint last longer.
How much experience do you have?
Experience is the key! We have been in business in Canada since 2003 and doing this type of work all our working lives!
How do you clean gutters?
We will arrive at your home ready to go with our own ladders, hoses and bags. We will hand clean all gutters. Then the gutters will be flushed out with our hose which will be hooked up to your water source. Any leaks or repairs will be noted and you will be promptly contacted to further discuss. Upon completion of the cleaning all debris will be bagged and left on-site unless otherwise requested.
For extremely hard to reach / high rise gutters, we can also use our gutter vacuum system, please ask for more details.
What happens when gutters get clogged?
When the gutters become clogged, the water does not drain through the downspouts where it should. Instead it overflows over the front of the gutter or overflows over the back of the gutter. When the water overflows over the front of the gutter it is easy to notice, usually it erodes the soil below the leaking area, also leaking gutters will start making black marks on the side of your home/building from the dirty water inside the gutter continually leaking. If the gutter starts overflowing over the back of the gutter, it can leak inside your home, potentially creating mold. In addition if there are fascia boards/soffits behind the gutter, these will begin to rot.
Why should I hire someone to clean my gutters?
You should hire someone to clean your gutters for many reasons, first of all we are proffesionals who do this every day. We can effectively do it much faster than you would be able to. Second, gutters are a large part of our business, therefore during the cleaning, we may spot problems you would not be aware of. Thirdly we are fully insured and have years of experience on ladders. For the average person it is not worth the risk of falling when you look at our more than reasonable costs to clean your gutters.
How much will it cost to clean my windows? This is determined on a case by case basis. Cost is generally calculated by services required and length of time to complete the job.

Is it necessary to be home during the window cleaning? If you wish to be home during the window cleaning process we are happy to book an appointment which suits your schedule. However its not always necessary for you to be home for the entire appointment. We can start on the inside windows and once we are finished you can lock up and leave and we can continue on the exterior windows.
How long does it take? Appointments may last from one hour to all day or longer. When making your booking you can ask for an approximation of the appointment length.
How often should I clean my windows? We recommend a quarterly window cleaning service but we have many options that can be adjusted to suit your needs. For commercial or shop premises depending on the level of traffic we recommend our monthly, or weekly or bi-weekly service!
Q. How many years have you been in this business? We have been in the business of offering professional cleaning services for many years now. Q. Do you have a cancellation fee? We do not have a cancellation fee. We are pretty flexible with our customers. We just ask for 24-48 hours notice of change or cancellation as far in advance as possible, so that we can adjust our schedules. Cancellations on the day of the job unless due to an emergency is not appreciated, as it is extremely difficult to re-schedule work same day, please give as much notice as is possible, thank you! Tel
